You are only paying for a digital artwork.

Unless I can't finish your commission over something I'm unable to control or I can't make it to the deadline, there is NO refunds.

I'm free to deny a commission if I don't feel comfortable with the person requesting it or the drawing topic/character/etc.

I do not accept written references or traditional references without color palet.

Your commission will be added to the To do list (Trello). Please check it for updates. I put commisisons in order of paid, not requested.

My deadline is of 4 months, meaning I COULD take that long, but the wait depends on my to-do-list so it's unlikely. If I make you wait more than that, then you're free to ask for a refund. I will not actomatically send a refund after 4 months, you have to ask for it or I'll take it as you'd rather wait for the commission to be finished.

Depending on the commission complexity, I will send you a wip once the sketch is done. Once approved, I'll continue the artwork without sending any more wips, unless I'm unsure about something during the drawing process. The sketch is the time you get to request corrections for the pose, body type, expression, objects/etc changes/addition.

You have up to 2 weeks to reply to the sketch approval, if I do not receive any reply in the given time then I'll continue with the sent sketch.

If you gave me artistic freedom or an specific pose to draw and I sent you the sketch, you CANNOT later regret it and ask me to draw it all over again with a totally different pose. You can ask for corrections or slight changes of the pose, but not a new drawing as a whole.

When the drawing is finished, you're allowed to ask for corrections if I made any mistake or forgot any detail. I will not add/change things that were not my mistakes.

I accept paypal only. Payments via invoice.

DO NOT send the payment before I accept your commission.

You have 48 hours to send the payment.

If not paid within the given time, I'll come back to you to remind you. If I don't get any response on the next 24 hours the slot will be given to someone else. If this happens multiple times with the same user, I may blacklist.

Extra characters are 80% of the original price. Max 4 characters per drawing.

I may charge extra money (10%) for complex/too detailed designs. If so I'll let you know before accepting your commission.

If you need the artwork to be delivered on a certain date [for example, a birthday] you must indicate it in advance on the Ordering Form. You will be charged an 20% extra fee to prioritize your commission in case the date is impossible for me to make in time considering the TDL state.

Allowed to repost the artwork in all my social medias.

Allowed to use the artwork to promote my work.

NOT goint to give you a watermark-free version of my artwork. All my commissions and artwork are watermarked.

NOT allowed to sell merch/products with the commissioned art.

NOT allowed to sell/use the artwork as NFT or any other cryptocurrency trade.

Allowed to re-upload the artwork on any non-profit social media, always with proper credits.

Allowed to print/create products with the artwork for PERSONAL USE only. (Let me know if you do it, I'd love to see it!)

NOT allowed to edit, modify, trace, copy or add elements to my artwork without my permission, unless said changes are small (such as adding stickers on it, cropping for pfp/headers, etc).

NOT allowed to erase my watermark.
